Special Operations
Established in 1937, M91 was formed to assist the escape of innocents held in captivity. The Heroes of the Unit were Norman Cutler and Clayton Sutton. This most eccentric arm of the War Department worked entirely under its own rules. It began as a sub-branch of British Intelligence in 1917 when it was then known as M12b. Using secret technology, they rescued important people. They answered to no-one.
